Refunds and cancellations
Most events are non-refundable. Cancelled events refund automatically.

Cancelled events
If a venue cancels an event, we refund every ticket automatically within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email and an in-app notification when the refund posts.
Buyer cancellations
Most tickets are non-refundable. Some venues opt into a 24h cooling-off window — you'll see this on the ticket-purchase page if available.
If you can't make it, transfer the ticket to a friend or list it on the Klub marketplace at face value or below.
