For buyers
Tickets show all-in pricing by default — the price you see is the price you pay. Toggle to 'Base' to see the breakdown: ticket + platform fee + processing + tax.
Most events charge an 8% platform fee. We're transparent about it; we don't hide it in 'service charges'.
For venues
Venues keep 92% of every ticket. Stripe processing (typically 2.9% + 30¢) comes out of the platform fee, not the venue's cut. Payouts hit the venue's bank within 2 business days of a sale.
