By accessing or using Klub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Klub.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled by the organizer, in which case you will receive a full refund automatically. Tickets may not be resold above 150% of the original purchase price through our marketplace.
When listing tickets on our marketplace, you agree to provide accurate information about the tickets being sold. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination. A service fee applies to all marketplace transactions to maintain platform safety and quality.
You agree not to use our platform for any illegal purposes, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent our security measures. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake accounts, engaging in scalping, or distributing harmful content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Klub is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform. Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including compliance with local laws and regulations. Klub acts as a platform connecting attendees with event organizers.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
