We also collect usage data such as browsing activity, device information, and location data to improve our services and personalize your experience. Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment provider — we never store your card details.

Third-Party Sign-In

Klub supports signing in with Google and Apple as alternatives to email and password. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address, full name, and profile picture from Google. When you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your email address (which may be a private relay address that forwards to your real email) and, on first sign-in only, your full name. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your Klub account and to pre-fill your display name and avatar — we do not request access to your contacts, calendar, drive, photos, or any other Google or Apple service data. You can revoke Klub’s access at any time through your Google Account (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps) or your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple). Revoking does not delete your Klub account; account deletion is covered in the Your Rights section below.

Information Sharing

We share your information with event organizers for events you attend, payment processors for transactions, and service providers who help us operate our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Payments are processed entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never handle or store your card details. We regularly review and update our security practices.
