Delete Your Klub Account

How to delete your Klub account and personal data, what is removed, and what we are required to keep.

In short

You can permanently delete your Klub account and personal data at any time, directly in the Klub app. Deletion runs after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete your account from the Klub app

  1. 1Open the Klub app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Go to Settings, then Security.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Type "delete my account" to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.

30-day grace period

After you confirm, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. You can cancel any time before then by signing back in and going to Settings, Security, Delete Account, then Cancel Deletion. Once the 30 days pass, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to sign in, email hello@klub.com from the email address on your Klub account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

When deletion completes, we permanently remove your personal data, including:

  • Your profile, photos, and followers
  • Tickets you have purchased
  • Your order history
  • Chat messages and in-app activity
  • Events you have created
  • Account identifiers and preferences

What we keep, and for how long

After deletion, we retain a limited set of records only where the law requires it, such as transaction and tax records for financial compliance, and information needed for dispute resolution or fraud prevention. We keep these for the minimum period required by law and then delete them. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
