How to delete your Klub account and personal data, what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
In short
You can permanently delete your Klub account and personal data at any time, directly in the Klub app. Deletion runs after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
After you confirm, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. You can cancel any time before then by signing back in and going to Settings, Security, Delete Account, then Cancel Deletion. Once the 30 days pass, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you are unable to sign in, email hello@klub.com from the email address on your Klub account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and process the request.

After deletion, we retain a limited set of records only where the law requires it, such as transaction and tax records for financial compliance, and information needed for dispute resolution or fraud prevention. We keep these for the minimum period required by law and then delete them. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
